1. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and ingredient information are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, texture, packaging, or appearance may occur.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£)

  • Payment is taken at the time of checkout

  • We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery

We deliver to  UK only 

Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes on international orders.

4. Hygiene Exemption

The right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once these goods have been unsealed after delivery.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Shampoos

  • Creams

  • Skincare

  • Cosmetics

  • Personal care products

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on beauty and personal care products that have been opened, used, or had their seal broken.

We will offer a refund or replacement if the product is:

  • Faulty or defective

  • Damaged upon delivery

  • Incorrectly supplied

Any issues must be reported within 48-72 hours of delivery, supported by photographic evidence.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

6. Faulty Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all products must be:

  • Of satisfactory quality

  • Fit for purpose

  • As described

If a product is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the law.

7. Allergies & Patch Testing

Full ingredient lists are provided for all products. Customers are responsible for checking ingredients for potential allergens.

We strongly recommend performing a patch test before using any product. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

We cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions due to allergies or sensitivities.

8. Product Use

Products must be used strictly in accordance with instructions provided. We are not responsible for misuse of products or results that vary between individuals.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of GrowGlo and may not be used without prior written permission.

11. Reviews & User Content

Customer reviews represent individual opinions. We reserve the right to remove content that is offensive, misleading, or inappropriate.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR requirements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
